RENTAL FEES AND DEPOSITS

(DEPOSITS WILL BE RETURNED ONLY IF BAR MANAGER OR KITCHEN MANAGER OR ADJUTANT INSPECT PREMISES AFTER USE )**
1. RENTAL COSTS: (Kitchen is closed until further notice. 2023-2025 ) Post Member: Less than 5 Years membership: $150.00/per room per 4 hours Less than 10 Years membership: $127.00/per room per 4 hours 10 years or more membership: $105.00/per room per 4 hours Memorial Fee $50.00 Non-Member:$300/per room per 4 hours. Memorial Fee $100 Cleaning Deposit: $150 fully refundable after left clean and arranged as it was. |
OPTIONAL SERVICES: Bartender: $15 per hour (3 hour minimum) plus $50 Setup/Tear down fee |
Security: Is required with bar service with more than 50 guests. Client must provide security if needed from a guard company. Overtime Fees:If the event unexpectedly runs past the agreed end time at the conclusion of the event, the client will pay an extra $100 per hour for each additional hour plus $15 per hour for each additional hour for the bartender prior to leaving the facility. |
A. Payment by cash or check made out to AMERICAN LEGION POST 109 (indicate on check: date of event.) |
B. Deposit will be returned in full as long as there is no damage, cleaning, furniture rearranging or supplies required. |
C. Renters MUST clean hall and replace all furniture as found.
Community groups do not usually pay deposit. |

2. LIQUOR A. No liquor can be brought in (in accordance with state liquor laws). B. No non-member can purchase drinks from the bar --If liquor is purchased for guest(s) by a member of the American Legion, that member must be on premise and be responsible for his/her guest(s). C. If the lounge bar is used, all non-members must be vouched for as guests by a present member in accordance with state law and house rules. |
3. BAND/DANCING Depending on size of group, dancing is possible in either room. A small band may be allowed to play. All furniture must be replaced. |
